"Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason."
Surah Al-Baqarah · 2:164
References the directing of winds and pollens dispersed by them, which classical scholars recognized as causative environmental factors in seasonal nasal afflictions.
"And it is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the resurrection."
Surah Fatir · 35:9

Sahih Hadith
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى تَنَفَّسَ فِي الْمَاءِ ثَلاَثًا
"When the Prophet (peace be upon him) was suffering from any ailment, he would breathe into water three times."
Sahih Muslim · 2101SahihNarrator: Anas ibn Malik
This practice of breathing into water was applied by classical physicians for relief of nasal and respiratory distress, including seasonal afflictions causing breathing difficulty.
"Why do you torture your children with this pressing of the throat? Use this Indian costus (al-qust al-hindi), for it contains seven types of cures. It is sniffed by one suffering from inflammation of the tonsils, and given by the side of the mouth to one suffering from pleurisy."
Sunan Abi Dawud · 3875HasanNarrator: Umm Qays bint Mihsan
Indian costus administered nasally (as-su'ut) was prophetically prescribed for upper respiratory inflammations, which classical physicians extended to seasonal nasal congestion and irritation.
