Indian Costus (Qust Hindi)

Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix half teaspoon with warm water or honey, inhale steam from boiling costus bark in water for bronchial inflammation
Duration: Twice daily for 7-10 days during acute bronchitis phase

الحلبة بالعسل
Preparation: Boil 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in 500ml water until reduced by half, strain, add one tablespoon honey, drink warm
Duration: Three times daily until cough and phlegm subside

Olive Oil with Rue
