Indian Costus (Qust Hindi)

Preparation: Grind dried costus root into fine powder, mix half teaspoon with warm water or honey, and administer as ladud (placing drops in side of nose while head tilted) or taken orally twice daily
Duration: Continue for 3-5 days until nasal discharge and congestion resolve
