Dates with Milk

Preparation: Seven Ajwa dates soaked overnight in fresh camel or cow milk, consumed on empty stomach in the morning. The dates should be eaten and the milk drunk immediately after.
Duration: Daily for 40 days continuously

Fenugreek Seeds
الحلبة
