نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ ۖ وَقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُم مُّلَاقُوهُ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

"Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish and put forth [righteousness] for yourselves. And fear Allah and know that you will meet Him. And give good tidings to the believers."

Surah Al-Baqarah · 2:223

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'In the sexual act of each of you there is charity.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, when one of us fulfills his sexual desire, will he have reward for that?' He said: 'Do you not see that if he were to act upon it unlawfully he would be sinning? Likewise, if he acts upon it lawfully he will have a reward.'"

Prophetic Pharmacy

Dates with Milk

التمر مع الحليب

Preparation: Seven Ajwa dates soaked overnight in fresh camel or cow milk, consumed on empty stomach in the morning. The dates should be eaten and the milk drunk immediately after.

Duration: Daily for 40 days continuously
