Exhaustive Revelation

Quran

"O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy."

Surah Al-Baqarah · 2:168

Addresses the necessity of timely lawful eating to maintain bodily strength, directly relevant to preventing hypoglycemic episodes caused by inadequate or delayed food intake.

"That they may witness benefits for themselves and mention the name of Allah on known days over what He has provided for them of [sacrificial] animals. So eat of them and feed the miserable and poor."

Surah Al-Hajj · 22:28

Emphasizes consuming meat and protein which provides sustained energy and helps stabilize blood glucose levels, preventing hypoglycemic states.

Sahih Hadith

"The Messenger of Allah used to break his fast with fresh dates before praying; if there were no fresh dates, then with dried dates; and if there were none, then he would take a few sips of water."

Sahih al-Bukhari · 1926SahihNarrator: Anas ibn Malik

Direct instruction for rapidly reversing low blood sugar states with dates, which contain simple sugars for immediate glucose restoration.

"When the call for prayer is made and supper is placed before any of you, begin with supper and do not hasten until you are free from it."

Sahih Muslim · 1141SahihNarrator: Abu Huraira

Prophetic guidance prioritizing meal completion over prayer when food is present, preventing weakness and potential hypoglycemia from delayed eating.

"He who takes seven dates of the Madinah variety in the morning will not be harmed by poison or magic on that day."

Sunan Abu Dawud · 3856SahihNarrator: Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas

Establishes the protective metabolic effect of seven Ajwa dates consumed in the morning, maintaining stable blood glucose throughout the day.
