Pumpkin seeds (القرع)

Preparation: Consume a handful (approximately 30 grams) of raw or lightly roasted pumpkin seeds daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or can be ground and mixed with honey
Duration: Continuously for minimum 3 months as maintenance therapy
Source: Ibn Sina, Al-Qanun fi al-Tibb, Book 2, discusses pumpkin (qar') as cold and moist in temperament, diuretic and beneficial for urinary heat and obstruction; later Islamic physicians applied this specifically to prostate conditions
Nettle root decoction (القُرَّيْص)

Preparation: Boil 2-3 grams of dried nettle root in 200ml water for 10 minutes, strain and drink twice daily before meals
Duration: Daily for 2-3 months
Source: Ibn al-Baytar, Al-Jami li-Mufradat al-Adwiya wa-l-Aghdhiya, describes nettle (qurays) as beneficial for urinary retention and difficulty in micturition affecting elderly men
Fenugreek seeds with honey (الحلبة)
الحلبة مع العسل
Preparation: Soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds overnight in water, grind into paste in morning and mix with one tablespoon of honey, consume on empty stomach
Duration: Daily for 6-8 weeks
